You can read the candadates' statements and see how a member would vote. To complete the ballot, a member is instructed to check off the candidate of his/her preference and fill in the lines for name, member number and address at the bottom of the ballot form.
Note that the endorsements of the Board's preferred candidates are repeated yet again -- a fourth time! on the ballot form. Enough, already!
